Descending was surreal. First, it was just a dark shape in the blue, then suddenly it came into view. It was huge. The ship is now a bustling artificial reef, draped in corals and teeming with fish. We saw giant groupers peeking from the hull, and schools of fusiliers hiding in the superstructure. The feeling of gliding next to this giant, silent vessel is hard to describe—eerie, awe-inspiring, and humbling at the same time. It's a time capsule on the seabed.

For any a certified diver visiting Con Dao and seeking an adventure more the standard reef, I cannot urge you this **dive** enough. It was the unforgettable highlight of my diving trip.
